Online booking for this ride is now closed. Please come along and sign up on the day at our admin tent in the start area. The 100 mile ride starts between 7.00am - 8.00am. The 30/60/75 mile routes start between 8.00am - 10.00am, and the Great Escape 12 mile route starts between 10.00am - 11.00am.
If you need to contact Bike Events staff during the Classic Oxfordshire ride this Sunday 13 May you can call us on 07724 554198. This number will only be active between 07:00 and 18:00 this Sunday. We will give out Medical Emergency and Mechanics/Pick-up phone numbers at the Start line.
Spring into the saddle for this fantastic ride - a choice of 30, 60 or 75 mile routes through the pretty half-timbered villages and lush countryside of South Oxfordshire and a great start to the cycling season. From the start at Harwell Campus - home of the world-famous Diamond Light Facility - the routes head to Abingdon, on the banks for the Thames, and north towards Witney before the Vale of the White Horse. Food, refreshments and live music welcome you at the finish

Getting here by car
From M4 Jc 13 follow A34 north then take A4185 (Newbury Rd.) toward Rowstock and look for our signs.
Harwell is approximately 16 miles south of Oxford.
There will be 2 main and a number of overflow car parks. They will all be signposted on the day with traffic marshals in place to guide drivers.
Please be aware that due to security consideration there will also be traffic restrictions in force on a number of roads within the Harwell Campus complex.

Nearest Station is Didcot Parkway, 4 miles from the start. Please check with operator regarding carriage of bikes.
