Many thanks and well done to everyone who took part in the East Anglia bike ride on Sunday to raise money for Break.

Enjoy a High Summer’s ride in the gently rolling West Norfolk countryside. Starting in 'The Walks' in King’s Lynn, there’s a choice of 3 routes, the 30, 60 or seriously challenging 120 mile circular routes. With its gentle hills, pretty coastal villages and visits to beautiful Sandringham and Holkham Hall Estates, there’s a treat for everyone on this picturesque ride.
...then relax at the finish and reward yourself with refreshments and massage!

The Route Map provided on the day will show the times the points close around the route.
Recommended minimum rider age 12 years on the 30 mile and 14 years on the 60 mile route & 18 years on the 120 mile route. All riders under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18 and wear a helmet.
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND all riders wear a helmet. A selection of helmets will be available for purchase on the day.

** We recommend that all riders have both bike and personal liability insurances as we cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or theft of your bike or personal items or personal liability.**
Road bike recommended / hybrid or mountain bike suitable
GPX routes are available after online booking.

Ride Gradings

Suitable for anyone who enjoys a reasonably active life. The pace is gentle and the terrain flat to undulating. Distances no more than 30 miles (50km).

Suitable for those with slightly more cycling experience. the terrain can be a little hillier than grade 1.5 and distances up to 45 miles (70km).

For the regular and reasonably fit cyclist. The terrain may include some challenging hills and distances up to 75 miles (110km).

These routes require a good level of fitness and stamina and feature challenging inclines and/or a longer time in the saddle. Distances can be up to 100 miles (160km).

Getting here by car

From the major junction of the A47 (East / West), A10 and A149 follow signs for Town Centre and take 4th exit at roundabout onto Tennyson Ave. (B1144) and look for our signs.
Nearest parking: King's Lynn station car parks, Blackfriars Rd. & Coburg St., King's Lynn PE30 1NX. Pay & Display £2.50 all day. The Walks is located next to King's Lynn train station. Please check with operator regarding service times and carriage of bikes.
